I participated in the RAISE 2025 hackathon for 4 days with Waqar. Throughout the event, Waqar showed great dedication and adaptability. He handled both front-end development and logic challenges. Waqar's motivation and work ethic stood out; he consistently put in the effort to ensure our project's success. His ability to quickly adapt to new tools was impressive, and thanks to his hard work, we delivered a working project by the end of the hackathon. Working with Waqar was a great experience, and I'm sure he'll continue to do well in his career. I highly recommend Waqar for any development role and look forward to working with him again in the future.

Waqar Ali was my section leader during Code in Place 2025, and it was truly a pleasure to work with him. Over the course of six weeks, we covered topics like the Art of Karel, Introduction to Python, control flow, graphics, lists, and dictionaries. Throughout this journey, Waqar guided us with clarity, patience, and kindness. His ability to explain complex topics in a simple way and his consistently positive attitude made me feel supported at every step. I believe he is a role model in the field of education, and I wholeheartedly recommend him.

We formed a hackathon team with Waqar and others to work on a very innovative topic of AI agents in e-commerce. During this time, Waqar had a great eye for the design of the resulting product, and even in the fast paced environment of these few days he was very goal-oriented, courteous to other team members yet determined to drive the project to success. I highly recommend Waqar to anyone who is looking to expand their AI toolbox and product capabilities, and would be pleased to work with him together in the future!
